Missed Family Reunion and update

Well it has been awhile since I have posted anything on this but since the family reunion was last weekend and most got to catch up I thought I woudl let you know how things are going here in my life. I ghave some amazing and fun friends that keep me very busy. I am almost done with school for book keeping I have one more graded project to go. Reggie and I have started our own online travel agency so I will definetly get that info out before next year!! Reggie is doing okay just ready to come home. This deployment is going by so slow let me tell you again SLOOOOOOOWWWW!!! Eventually the reunion will be worth the wait though. Oh and Auntie Joan can we say macaroni salad for next year!!! Deployment

So it has been awhile since I have made a post but Reggie is now in Afganistan and he is doing okay. I am hanging in there for the most part. Him leaving was like someone ripping my heart out of my chest but it will be okay. My dog Cooper has become my best bud since Reggie has left!! Reggie is expected home in June 2009. I am staying very busy with my sorority and the family readiness group. oolther than the deployment and adjustments everything is the same.

Bowling with the Family

Since Reggie is fixing to deploy Mom, Dad, Reggie and I decided to spend a Friday night together. We went to eat at a really nice Japenese Restuarnt and went bowling we had a great time. Mom finally quit butt bowling and got 32 points in the first game to finish dead last!!!! She had fun though. I have learned that your family is the one of the most Precious things and I am truly blessed to have a family like mine!!

Valentines Day Sorority Ball

Well on Febuary 16th we had our annual Valentine Ball it is the one time year we get to get pretty and go out and enjoy ourselves. We had a good time and Reggie looked so handsome. This year I was the queen and got to wear my crown!!! After the ball some of my sisters and I decided to go sing some Karoke we had a blast as always.

One Year anniversary in Gatlinburg!!

Well after a crazy week Reggie and I went on our first vacation together for our one year anniversary. It is amazing that a year has come and gone so fast. This first year has been hard but I would not have changed it for anything. We have grown so much together. I am truly content and humble in the life we have created with one another. And Gatlinburg is the cutest lil area about 4 hours from where we live so we found our new weekend getaway. And of course I enjoyed the shopping name brand purses and dirt cheap prices!!! But can;t wait til this deployment is over so we can enjoy another vacation together!!

Finally!!

Well family and friends I finally gave in a decided to start our own blog spot. I have really enjoyed reading you alls blogs. Well to do a quick update. As most of you know we have lost our first child but as I grieve there is a quote that keeps me going " A angel wrote down the birth of my baby and wrote beside it to beautiful for earth." God needed an angel and god is my refuge and strenght and is my help in the time of need. But on brighter note we are trying again and hopefully will fall pregnant before Reggie leaves. Reggie is due to leave end of Febuary the beginning of March. But will try to keep this blog updated. Love you all!!
